Overview

Introduction

Teamie AI provides a streamlined experience of training chatbot and integrates into daily workflow for businesses and teams, powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT-4.

Problem

Data reveals that an average employee spends approximately 30% of their workday searching for information. Interacting with various departments for support, from computer troubleshooting to payroll queries, is often time-consuming and daunting, especially for new employees. The absence of a centralized knowledge base posed significant efficiency challenges.

Goal

The primary goal is to revolutionize access to internal knowledge through AI-powered chatbots. The design focuses on making the process less technical, more intuitive, and time-efficient, enabling even non-technical users to leverage AI capabilities.

Design Research

Observations

We initiated a user research through interviews and surveys with a range of potential users, including team leads, IT managers, and new employees. Our research revealed that over 80% employees felt overwhelmed by the amount of scattered information and needed a more streamlined way to access relevant data.

What i learned from the experience

Refection

Understand Large Language models and show impact in design

I learned a lot about generative language models through this prduct and their potential in driving efficiency. I came to appreciate the intricate balance between advanced AI technology and user-centric design.

This experience underscored the importance of tuning into a business's specific needs and truly aligning with the internal knowledge challenges in bussiness' workflows. I would bring this perspective into my future work too when I am solving complex problems in a system.
